Raptr is giving away two Blacklight: Retribution packages but it's available only to players in the US, UK, Canada and Brazil. Fortunately, I still got both packages from Raptr Rewards and this is how I got them.
Blacklight: Retribution is currently giving away Jump Start and Veteran Packages in Raptr. The Jump Start Package contains a Heavy Pistol and a 30-Day Digi Tundra Armor Camo while the Veteran Package contains a Dataluxe Slant-X2 Helmet and a 30-Day Metallic Black Weapon Camo.

To get the Jump Start Package you must have a Raptr rank of Newbie in Blacklight: Retribution and to get the Veteran Package you must have a Raptr rank of Amateur or above. My Raptr rank in Blacklight: Retribution is already Elite and I’m also the number one Blacklight: Retribution player in Raptr.
Unfortunately, these offers are only valid in the following countries; US, Canada, UK and Brazil and, since I’m not from any of the listed countries, I’m not qualified to get any of these packages from Raptr Rewards. Did that stop me from getting them? Of course not! I still got them and I’m currently using the Dataluxe Slant-X2 helmet in the game.
So, how did I get these two packages from Raptr? It’s actually very simple. What I did was I used this program called WTFast, selected a server from the US, logged back in to my Raptr account, checked for new rewards and, after a few minutes, the two rewards or packages were there for me to claim.

WTFast is used to speed up your favorite online multiplayer game by connecting you to a proxy server but, with the custom game setting, I set up a custom game to launch my Google Chrome browser instead. With my Google Chrome browser connected to a US proxy server, I was able to get my Blacklight: Retribution rewards from Raptr.
